Family Health Outreach

Family Health Outreach improves the long-term health of Cambodian Americans through educational workshops, health fairs and home visits to prevent medical risks and ensure family well-being.  During the past two years, we have formed a partnership with the Heartland Alliance in order to care for the uninsured.  In addition, staff provide bi-lingual interpretation for 8-12 adults each week as they accompany them to physician and hospital visits.

Donate toward our national campaign (hosted by the Chicago Community Trust) to provide education, vocational training and student scholarships for the Cambodian-American community. A contribution of $10, $20, $30 or $40 can make an enormous difference in the life of a child. Contributions are 100% tax-deductible. Our Fund's purpose is simple - to expand educational, social and employment opportunities for Cambodian-Americans.
